THESTARTUPORTAL (the “Partnership”) is a limited partnership between EXERTE PARTNERS LIMITED and 9A VENTURES LIMITED, aiming to support the Cyprus Startup Ecosystem and educate entrepreneurs that wish to establish business in Cyprus. EXERTE PARTNERS LIMITED is the controller and responsible for any personal data collected via the www.thestartuportal.com website and under the name of the TheStartuportal Partnership.
THESTARTUPORTAL Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”) and EXERTE PARTNERS LIMITED (the “Firm”) respect your privacy, is committed to protecting your personal data and will process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”) and the Law providing for the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and for the Free Movement of such Data of 2018 (Law 125(I)/2018) (the “Law”) and any other applicable Cyprus laws and regulations.

NO FEE USUALLY REQUIRED
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
